RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. kareforu accepts return and refund/ one-to-one exchange due to any of the following reasons:

2. Customer who want to request for return/ exchange and meet all requirements as above, is liable to contact kareforu by sending email to kare@kareforu.com or call to +6012 331 9206, within 7 business days following delivery date, and to provide proof of purchase and photo of wrong/ damaged/ defective product.


3. kareforu shall arrange for our courier partner to collect the wrong/ damaged/ defective product from the Customer’s given address and deliver the replacement product to the Customer in a separate shipment. New shipping details will be provided to the Customer.


4. If exceeded the 7 business days’ period, any product parts defect and manufacturing faults should be claimed under manufacturer warranty, based on the Conditions of Warranty stated on the warranty card.


5. kareforu do NOT accept return due to Change of Mind or Not as Expected.


6. For payment by Credit Card, Boost Wallet, Grab Pay and TouchNGO Wallet, refund will be returned to your account of payment within 7 – 14 business days from the day of refund confirmation sent by kareforu .


7. For other payment methods besides as stated in clause 3.6, refund will be made in the form of:

        7.1. Coupon code, which can be utilized as cash discount in subsequent purchase on kareforu ; OR

        7.2. Online transfer to Customer’s bank account. Customer is required to provide his bank account details and identification number for verification purpose.


8. Time required to process the refund after we have received the physical return parcel:

        8.1. Coupon code: Within 1 business day

        8.2. Online transfer: Around 14 business days.


CANCELLATION POLICY

1. No amendments/ cancellations are allowed after order has been processed and shipped out. Please ensure that your delivery details and ordered item(s) are correct before making the payment.


2. Amendments are only allowed if the order has not yet been processed.


3. In the event that order placed is out of stock, Customer will be duly notified via email and given the options of refund as stated above in point 3.6 OR wait for new stock arrival OR exchange for another similar model of product.
